KPBS Day of the Dead

Developed an interactive Day of the Dead landing page for KPBS using Astro and TypeScript, allowing users to submit memorials displayed on the site. Utilized Google Sheets for data management, in collaboration with news web producers for a cross-functional, audience-engaging platform.

Developed reusable Brightspot CMS templates and components for KPBS, working alongside news producers for seamless article publishing and maintenance. Enhanced UX through Hotjar analysis and optimized through A/B testing with Visual Website Optimizer, significantly boosting user engagement and operational efficiency.

Built the new 24700 site from CalArts. I developed this site from scratch as a custom theme where I built reusable blocks and templates. Build with SASS and Gulp to develop lean and reusable stylesheets.

Built a custom WordPress theme for UCLA’s Lake Arrowhead Lodge. This was a custom theme that was highly scalable and can be used to easily create new templates.
